Christopher Bott is the Managing Member of Albion Realty, LLC.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in Aeronautical Engineering, is a licensed Residential and Light Commercial General Contractor in the State of Georgia, a licensed General Contractor in the State of California (inactive) and has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.  He is an 'active' investor in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Barbaro Ponce has a well developed understanding of residential homes. He studied architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology and has undergraduate and graduate degrees from this university. He has worked at residential and commercial architecture firms as well as firms in the field of design.

In 2001, Mr. Ponce began his own contracting company, Adapted Living Spaces, providing him with multi-faceted experience in the construction and the design of homes. Mr. Ponce has now added to his skills by becoming a real-estate agent. Mr. Ponce offers a wealth of experience to people who are considering buying or selling their homes.

Edward Keith Milner has a Ph.D. degree from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.  After teaching at both institutions for 14 years he left academic life and continued his interests in Real Estate.  He is the broker for Albion Realty, LLC and has been investing in Real Estate since 1973.
